Are you using a serial to USB adaptor. If so you need the driver for the adaptor i think. Or try changing the port, you do of course have netframework installed. EASunlock won't work without it.
No driver as far as i know, computer should just recognise a USB device. Switch it on then plug the USB in.

OK that is possibly why even with the driver, i have never been able to get my USB only ACER to work with EASunlock. Not that i tried hard, i have a steam driven serial only DELL that works first time every time.

Print off and read the instructions. It's pretty simple once you get into it. If you play with height settings NEVER change anything without recording what was there first. Then you can go back if needed.

Read the airbag replacement guide on the CD or look in the How to section, all the measurements are in there. Don't adjust by more than a few points at a time between checks or the EAS may throw a wobbly
