does anyone know if the eas unlock software is available for linux operating system my laptop is dying and only have a ****ty acer aspire one to use for unlocking eas

You don't need a remotely powerfull PC for it - anything 386 onwards with a meg of ram will run the software fine.

If your ****ty (as you put it) Acer has a serial port so much the better. You need Windows and net framework to run the software. Will only run on Windows.

this isnt remotely powerfull but the unlock software is all for windows that i have found and need it for linux

Find a Linux flavour that runs a Win Emulator....

EASUnlock has to run under .NET Framework on Windoze
