Snapped my allen key inside the allen screw that holds the piston on shaft.
Anyone know a good way of getting it out so I can put a real allen key on it?

depends, can you see any of the snapped off key at all? if its buried inside the bob weight then by the time you've faffed on you'll just end up buying a whole new pump!

I can see the shiny broken bit in the bob weight but cant reach it

I have never ever in all my days seen an Allen key snap. Bend twist or round off maybe but never snap. The one you used must have been over hardened. What size did you use?

Need a special drill if the Allen key is glass hard.

Cannot think of any other option. Tungsten ones are cheap enough on the bay but nitride coated with a little oil to lube it should be OK.

Ball ended ones can snap as there is a weak spot. Nornally needs a fair bit of force though.

Was an 1/8 part and had the wee thin bit at the bottom. Was originally intended for circuit boards I think.
I did use a fair bit of force tho but only by hand
