Hi, recently I've replaced the entire EAS distribution block, including the compressor with a second hand unit purchased in the USA. I've cleaned the airways, replaced all o-rings, and installed it without previously testing all components, except for the conduction of each solenoid. For a week things worked like a charm, surprising me with a swift response of the system when going between each state of height level. At some point, while parked I've noticed the car sitting on the bumps, as if all air escaped from the system. After starting and waiting about 4 minutes, the system reached the urban cruise level and things seemed normal again. However, today after driving for 30 minutes and parking the level went down to the bump stops again and could not reach any other level. After waiting roughly 10 min the EAS went into error mode and the error reported was "Pressure switch always open". I've pulled the unit out and checked its DC resistance. I got 20Mohm, open circuit basically.
When applying a small pressure from a bike pump I got no state change.
Does anyone know how can the normal operation of the pressure sensor/switch be measured with a multimeter?
Thanks in advance.
