I am sure this will have been asked before, but can't find the thread. Rear o/s air bag does not inflate even when triggered with the Nanocom. The compressor goes off, and the rest of the three bags inflate and deflate. First thought was hole in bag, but that can't be right. What am I missing?

Also, the reading on the nanocom stays down around 70, so I think the sensor must be working.
Use soapy spray to check for leaks, otherwise a block refurb as it could be a worn out / leaky bit in the EAS block. Mine took 4 hours the other day, but I hadn't had to do one for 5 years, so I was slow.

+1 on check for leaks. Also check if the solenoid for that corner is actually triggering in the valve block. With your Nanocom connected & ignition on with engine off, you should hear the solenoids click when you activate them.

If one is not operating the bag will not inflate !!

Most likely causes are either bad input connection to the driver pack, or bad connection between the driver pack & solenoids.

Thanks for replies - I checked the lines from the valve block with soapy water and they appear airtight. Shall go out and listen for the solenoid.
