Hi guy's...

Whilst out driving in my 1999 4.6 s.e, rangey got up to speed and went to automatically lower to the motorway height. As it did the computer beeped, logged "EAS FAULT" and rose to max height.

I've reset the EAS twice now but it continues to happen:doh:.. Cant find any leeks, stays up over night and pumps up quick from load level.

The pump clicks loudly when its altering height, it also gets quite hot to the touch... could it be the pump?

Faults logged are "vehicle has moved" & "pressure signal constantly high"

Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers. :)

Most likely a height sensor giving dodgy readings, as there is no fault logged. Try cleaning the Height sensor connectors (NOT with WD40) It's the valves not the pump that click when it's altering height. The max running temperature of the the pump is
120C.
