Well the red Bastid started cocking its passenger side so I rebuilt the valve block. Checked the valves were the correct one's and in the right places and the solenoids the same. Raised the suspension to high and inserted standard blocks, lowered and took height reading's.Removed blocks wrote the readings ,pressed get readings and go to standard height all fine. Went for a drive lifted to high and removed self leveling relay and bugger me the passenger side front and rear have sunk.i did spray the valve block where the pipe's fit and no leaks.Do the passenger side f and r share any component inside the valve block?:eek:o_O PS I used storey Wilson was reset suite.

Nope, all the corners share a common gallery. Most likely is leak either under the valve body, or the thin o-ring around the plunger body, i,e. the large & small o-rings on the left of this picture, or the one on the plunger body.

did you check your diaphragm in the valve block, if not it could be the 2.5mm solenoid = 4th one along on the top. You would have to be really unlucky or your o-rings are leaking on two of the 2mm solenoids . Have you also checked the pipes for the air springs are the right way around into the valve block.

have you put the correct coils on the top of the solenoids after replacement, if they are the wrong way round it can cause issues as well :D

Hi Kurt, I did check the diaphragm and the pipe's are the right orientation. I'll pull it apart tomorrow:rolleyes: thanks everyone for your input.

For the rear left, you can do a quick valve leak check because it's on top of the valve block. Unscrew the solenoid so you can see the valve body. Squirt soapy water around the edges & over the plunger tube. Most likely leak is there. Front left is more difficult because it's underneath !!

This is an Inlet valve but look for bubbles like this:

Well update, took the block out and stripped the passenger side front and rear valves and the stem o rings were deformed replaced them refitted the block, ran the compressor and had high pressure air from the exhaust so block out and replaced the diaphragm.saying very quietly and out of earshot,it seems to be holding air.Calibration tomorrow.;) Thanks everyone that contributed especially Kurt for your PM.:D

Shhh, she's listening... Nice investigating. Kurt can bugger off :p

No Kurt was a star. He even offered to rebuild the block for me if I couldn't sort it as I struggle with my loss of coordination and concentration, the after effects of the strokes I suffered. He didn't want it to be public knowledge but I was humbled by his offer. Sorry @kurtjohnson10 but your generosity should be applauded.:D
