Where would I find the connector wiring for the roof mounted DVD player? I had a look in Rave wiring diagrams and it's not amongst the audio or satnav wiring sections.I want to see what pins the main supply is on.

Rear sunroof had leaked and dripped onto the DVD player, now the screen doesn't light up when opened. Pulled the unit out and cleaned up the circuit board but seems to be only superficial damage as it's a coated board.

Might just be a fuse, but no fuses within the unit, and I'm not sure where it might be on the main fuse boards either. Any ideas?

Unfortunately there are no diagrams to show that but i doubt it's a fuse cos if it was one other things should be affected too not just the DVD so check with attention and if everything else works i'm affraid that the unit is fubar. Measure continuity between the black wire and body to rule out an earth issue

Ahh, I was afraid it might not show in the diagrams....
Fuse wise, I thought that too, but everything else seems to work OK. I suspect it will get its power through the audio circuit. I'll have a look and see if they've tucked away an inline fuse - fingers crossed!

It's no inline fuse cos there is a ICE WSM which mentions to check fuses in the interior fusebox if no image but doesnt say which ones and there are definitely no dedicated fuses for DVD there https://workshop-manuals.com/landro...tainment/description_and_operation/page_1644/
You're right, it not a fuse. Had a probe around, seems to have a permanent live (can't think why) and an ignition switched live. Pulled the DVD unit apart and found some corrosion on the circuit board from water ingress. Cleaned it up and repaired damaged through plated hole and can now get various bits of the circuit to power up, transport sort of works but still no screen backlight etc. Fed up with it now, but might come back to it later.
Not a great loss, as I think it was only used once since I've had the car, but it would be nice if it worked. I see you can get new ones, but cost anything from £500 to £3.5k!
