2006 112bhp TD4: Is there a dryer in the aircon system? There is something connected to pipes going up behind the RHS headlamp but I cannot see what it is and no manual diagrams show it. One internet site states that it only guarantees compressors if the dryer is replaced at the same time which is why I'd like to know in case the compressor is faulty.

All AC systems have a dryer.
