I'm sure someone will tell you to hose it down, when sufficiently wet it will fall off. Just thought i'd beat them to it.
I'd try it a few times with the key and then the fob just to make sure it is well and truely stuck, then remove the inside door handles and triangular trim fitted inside the door mirrior. Then unscrew and remove the door trim and have alook inside.
