Just got my td5 ready for mot and abs threw me a curve ball on the morning of the mot with both abs sensors going down which in turn sent the traction control into a fit of being permanently on. Anyway solved the abs / traction control issues all done, no lights on abs no codes. However on check on a fox well and a snap on one after the other she’s know throwing up 2x driver demand coded 4 and 32 (manual gearbox) anyone help before I spend another pain staking week trying to sort it?? cheers in advance

Well as I have a spare truck here after reading that it could be the throttle pedal I changed that this morning, cleared codes and to no avail same codes are still present, could it be ecu? And if so how hard are they to swap out ?

What car is it? I had TPS fault on my D2 TD5 and it was low battery volt's. Low voltage affects the ECU's.

Have you checked your battery? What voltage without engine running, then with engine running and everything switched on.

Sorry wasn’t ignoring your comment, bobbed out this morning and bought a new multimeter and new battery charger, to answer your questions 12.6 and 14.4 all good and dandy, fully charged it to make sure and to no avail no change :(
