This is at the end of a green lane I want to drive, I've contacted the rights of way bloke at the council giving him a picture and location of the lane and he knows nothing about it. I've also spoken to the couple who live in a cottage at one end and they said others are still driving it....
Would you drive it? If not, what next?
Cheers Rob.

Weird if the council don't know anything about it.

I'd be getting in contact with GLASS for some clarity .... failing which, if conditions are decent I reckon I'd drive it ....

Of course drive it. Glass have no power or standing. But they probably have a reason so don't rag the lane when you do drive it.

It’s fine to drive. gLASS have said on many occasions that VRs are a benefit of membership. So unless you are a member you can’t take advantage of them. On the other hand it might be worth walking first and then making your own mind up

Just clarify are you driving a 32 wheeler, the Jeep or the Series?

I would walk it first, there may be a large washed out section or something they are worried about. If the surface was good then I would drive it. I would ask glass what the deal was though, as there is probably extra info than on that sign
