Can anyone shed any light as to why I continue to have a constant leak coming from my rear axle drive flange.

I have changed the gasket twice with a decent sealant and have checked the breather on the axle. Oil from the diff appears to be running up the half shaft.

Put a jubilee clip around the rubber cap

Time to change yer oil seals And blow yer breather pipe through first

^^^^ What he says, take the union off the axle and make sure its fully clear.
