Just wondering when is the cut off point for repairing door frames etc on my 110 200tdi and when I should just replace the door. Also any suggestions in the north west for 2nds parts supplier would be great.

Splandrover are pretty good for that kind of thing, I got my rear door from them.

If the skins are straight I would get repair panels, I think YRM do them (but haven't checked)
