Whilst I have fixed my problem of cycling door locks whilst driving - which was down to a sticky boot lock. I have an occasional problem where the boot won't open at all.
When it happens, I've also noticed the the drivers door doesn't activate the interior light. If I slam the drivers door shut a few times and operate the central locking a few times, I can get the drivers door to illuminate the interior light and when I can, the boot will work.
So, I'm assuming power is fed to the boot lock from the drivers door? What tells it that its open? I can't see a button that depresses (like a fridge would have). I'll take the door card off and poke around and clean things up, but I need to know where to look
tnx
