Hopefully someone will be able to point me in the right direction.
Have done a search but all I've been able to find is all the stuff regarding the spring change to get the central locking fully working.

Both front doors on the car have nasty dents gauges, but have found a couple of replacement doors locally but seller does not have a key.

How easy is it to change the lock barrel/mechanism itself on the door. ie remove the lock/barrel from current door and fit to new one.

Any help would be great, even if its just to advise easy or really hard.

Thanks again

All the info u need is in the Haynes workshop manual, they give it a skill level of 2 out of 5 so easy. :)

If you've got big hands it's not a lot of fun. Mine got cut to pieces doing this job. Getting the handle in and out is very fiddly.
