Hi,

My rear door handle stopped working today, it seems that the adjusting rod that attaches the handle to the door latch has rusted away.

Can this be bought seperately... does anyone know the part number ?

Yes they can be bought seperately, part number depends for what side rear door and which rod as there a few going to the lock.
Post a pic of it on the forum or go to a LR parts dept and have a look at their parts list.

It's for the rear off side external door handle, it has an adjustable nut on it....

I've found this MTC9151 REAR DOOR LOCK LINK ROD | shop | www.lrseries.com | L. R. Series

I'll give them a ring in the morning and make sure

This one is the only rod that is common the pt no. is MXC4605 Link rear door handle.
