Does anyone have a paper template for a door card I could borrow? Could sort my own but would speed the process up!

I doubt anyone would keep their template. I find the tried and trusted method of using cardboard boxes and sticky tape the quickest but laying that directly onto the plywood rather than the extra step of paper then ply.
By cutting strips and positioning them round the cut out areas first then filling in the gaps with more strips seems to work best. Once transferred to the ply they normally fall to bits.
