Basically local byway blocked, I abated one obstacle, but want others top complain officially to help get other obstacles abated ..

I could have moved the block further, but legally you can only move an obstacle far enough to get past or round it .. I'm now trying to get the council to remove the one in the path, and the others, ASAP. Only a short lane, not a lot to see, but I believe it's our right and duty to keep them all open ...

Agree with you there, if we dont do anything about it then no one else will.

I have reported one such illegal blockage in my area too. That reminds me i need to follow it up.
