Just seen a dark matalic grey 52 plate defender 90 td5 parked on new road side, with Velcro tabs on the number plates, 4 plus four Spair wheel cover.

Proberbly nothing but would rather say than see someone loose there Landy,

Velcro on the number plate would suggest the plate has been covered at some point. It may be innocent but may not be. The police would be interested in that sort of thing. If it's innocent then I don't think they would mind bearing in mind the % of tratter thefts.

That's what I thought, might be nothing but would rather say incase it is.
