check out fleabay item 222446324013 he has posted pictures of his chassis number which is hand stamped on an obviously sanded off area, I am suspicious of the engine number too, the area which it is stamped in looks smoother than the rest of the casting.

Mine is straighter than that, but it is not 100% straight. , Try reading a chassis / engine number without giving a bit of a scotchbriteing.

Not sure anyone will be able to export as the engine in not original.
