Here we have my 2003 Discovery TD5 E spec. I have owned this for 12months and was purchased to use for landscaping but it seems that it’s the wrong time for starting a business so with the purchase of a new car it has to go.

The car itself has done 147k but it drives and looks as though it has done much less. It has 12months MOT and 2 keys. It has had a lot of money spent on it in the last 12months and is a pleasure to drive. With it being a 9 year old Landrover it has the usual light scratches here and there on the body work and the odd car park ding along with one dent in the door which I have never got round to have taken out.

The interior is in very good condition with no wear to any of the seats and all being firm. With this being the E spec it has no sun roofs which means no leaking roof (common fault) it also means much lower insurance! At some point in its life it has been fitted with a colour coded bumper with fog lights which makes it look much better than the black one it comes with at standard. I have also fitted 4 Genuine Landrover Comet wheels all with loads of tread left and spare with legal depth on. It also has a tow bar fitted with electrics. The only minor fault is the wiper motor doesn’t work on the 1st intermittent setting but works perfect on the rest.

The landrover has service history and had a major service done at 139K which included:
• Diff oils front and back
• Gearbox oil
• Transfer box oil
• Engine oil and both filters
• Fuel filter

I have listed below what I have had done to it I am sure I will have missed something off but the main ones are here. ( all work has been carried out by a mechanic with all receipts to prove)

• 2” Terrafirma medium load lift kit all round including springs and shocks (replaced as originals were getting tired)
• 2” extended braided goodridge hoses
• Front to rear brake lines have been replaced
• Front n/s wheel bearing including hub,abs sensor replaced
• Strip clean inlet manifold and new gasket
• Replaced intercooler to inlet boost pipe
• Egr removal kit ( free’s revs and slightly better mpg)
• De-cat removal + gaskets
• Straight through pipe (old box was chocked, gives a nice deep tone but not noticeable when cruising on motorway ect)
• Rear propshaft UJ replaced
• Crank damper pully inc belt and stretch bolt
• Exhaust gasket + new studs (replaced)
• New fuel pump just fitted
• New fuel pipes from pump to filter housing

can negotiate a price with items below removed.

• Front and rear diff guards
• Front steering guard with recovery points
• Genuine safety devices safari roof rack
• 4 WIPAC 100w spot lights
• Rear LED work light
