Discovery Sport HSE 180 Auto 65 plate

Just had the chain retention unit replaced (if that’s the right terminology) guides, oil etc, however since having it done on accelerating we seem to have a noise that sounds like a lollipop stick stuck in bicycle very faint but quite noticeable in the passages cabin however if you air-con on and radio you can’t here it. On tick over no undue sounds just on accelerating or load.

Does anybody have any ideas ?
