Hello Everyone,
I'm just acquiring a 2010 Discovery 4, super condition but needs new tyres. I go off road, mainly to do with shooting, so can be muddy and slippery but not aggressive. I'm a General Grabber AT3 fan but the Goodyear Wrangler All Terrain Adventure has caught my eye, and I have a mate who has them on a Defender 110 with very positive feedback.
Does anyone out there have any experience with those tyres on a 3 or 4?
TIA.
Mike.

I had Pirelli Scorpion ATR on my D3, which did what I needed. I would have preferred Yokohama Geolander AT 015, but they didn't come in the size I needed.

Make sure the tyres you get are correctly rated for the vehicle weight, which is sizable. ;)

Thanks @Nodge68,
If I go for them the size will be 255 x 55 x19 111 H. I believe that is correct, albeit some d4s I've seen have the V speed rating which is overkill for my style of driving.

As long as the tyres load and speed ratings meet those that LR say, then you'll have no issues with insurance companies.

It's just choosing some suitable tyres that work for you.
I happen to like Yokohama, as they're a really good all-rounder.
But the Scorpions look good when fitted.
