Hi, I'm new here. . . I would like to program a new key up for my disco (late 2009 Disco 4), I have acquired one from ebay (it's on it's way) and I've love not to have to roll it into a main dealer if I can safely do it myself (as I have done with previous cars). There appears to be little information out there on the subject. . . . does anyone have any experience of this situation?

No idea on a D4, but on a P38 second hand FOB's cannot be reprogrammed.
