Friend asked me to change front diff on his Disco 3, we failed to pull the front halfshafts out of the diff. Anyone had the same problem ??. Tried levering pulling etc

you might need to lever from 2 sides, or if pulling use a shock rather than pull, rhs shaft carrier bearings can give failed wheel bearing type noise
