It would appear to need 18G134-11 seal replacing tool to do the job without damaging the seal,

The tool size is

Approximate dimensions: Outside diameter 126mm(5"), inside diameter 22mm(0.9"), thickness 23.5mm(0.9")

Old tool number: 18G.134-11

so shouldn’t present any problem with getting one turned up,
 
Use quality seal, about 15/20 quid Iirc
Apply a thin smear of loctite to the outside of the seal housing
Do not grease the seal face/crank land or it will leak
I fitted mine with a blunt soft drift and a hammer
Iirc flush with the front of the housing, but pls confim before hand, as like said above its a ton of work for a silly seal!
Seal comes with install sleeve to protect seal face from damage on crankshaft
