hi guys I'm new to this site looking for some my discovery 1999 td5 goes into limpmode when I dip clutch to change to second gear hill descent light comes on and engine light then I have no power any ideas ?? Mobile mechanic came and plug laptop in and said it was my map sensor and maff sensor bit it wasn't as i replaced it and it still does it so I've just ordered a hawkeye myself any help would be great ...

Clear your codes take it for run when it happens again check & write down codes - take these to Disco section with a please & thank you

Hi it has no codes on it I'm still waiting for my diagnostic to arrive will it be under transmissions or engine magement ?

Best ask in Disco section they are far more familiar with your engine/diagnostics

Be careful with diagnostics when new it’s tempting to play but write everything down before changing anything

MAF/MAP is engine management
