Hi everyone.
I have a 2003 Discovery II - recently purchased with the aim to tidy it up. I replaced both air bags as passenger side was leaking.

Bags seem to drop when left overnight - eventually go down to the bump stops. Compressor will only run when the veichle is moving and will not inflate the bags when stationary (i.e just after start up)

Same for rising to off road height... It needs to moving - if the button is pressed when stationary, I get three beeps and the light immediately goes off again. Once I'm moving slowly in low box and press the button, it rises fine.

When bags are inflated there is about 1.5 inch of a difference in height between left and right.

Is this a door sensor issue or could it be all related to faulty height sensors?...perhaps something else?? No suspension warning lights illuminated on dash.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, a diagnostic tool is needed for that otherwise it's a guessing game, even if it's a height sensor issue after you changed it a calibration is compulsory as first move to make the sides even but just a calibration might fix things without anything else

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. With regards to the compressor only coming on when the disco is moving....do you think calibration may solve that problem as well?
