Hey guys,

I have a Land Rover 90 (1989) and a discovery 1 300tdi (1997).

my question is are the wheels between the two interchangeable?

Discovery is on standard alloys

90 is on steels with insa turbo tyres, maybe worth noting I think my 90 does seem to have a disco rear axle as it has discs

Had a search online and seems a lot of conflicting answers and very outdated posts

also while I’m here what is the best wheel and tyre size to fit to a discovery 1 (2inch lift, using off roading only but road legal) without needing to start cutting my arches about and making general driving a nightmare.

cheers guys

They are at seperate locations sadly, thought maybe someone knew the stud and pcd’ of each

The pcd is the same more likely the offset will be different, Ive got a set off terrafirma boss off road
alloys on my 90 & steels on my disco, the alloys wont fit on the 90 unless I fit spacers.
The steels fit both offset is -32. ;)

I had a Disco 1 with a 2" lift, no body mods, 235/85/16 fitted no problem. And it did get used off road on serious axle twisters.
