What happened if the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose is removed? I noticed FPR vacc hose is missing.
 
Well what it does, it ensures that fuel rail pressure is maintained at a constant pressure difference of 2.5bar above that of the manifold. When pressure exceeds the regulator setting excess fuel is returned to the fuel tank.

So it seems that isn't happing so replace the hose.

Great… thanks. I had black smoke and engine not producing enough power is it becoz of this ?
 
Ok, black smoke coming out of the exhaust tail pipe is a good sign of over fuelling.
Hopefully it will then be back to as it should be with the pedal to the metal acceleration. 😀
