my 2004 disco has all the rear parking sensors in place but the previous owner has disconnected the offside one by cuttint the wires and removing the connector that goes in to the sensor ie the 3 pin plug connector that comes off thesensor loom . the pins on the sensor look to thin and feeble to solder anything to. I think if I connected this sensor up the whole thing would work . the dealers only sell a whole new loom at £200. None on ebay , tred a couple of scrappys . anybody any suggestions what to do / where to get a connector.
PS I can enter the defender now as bought a 2002 TD5 90 from auction today , Ex southern energy FSH and come sfrom LR special vehicles so I think has heavy duty chassis / suspension for all the weght it carred i its working life
