hi fired up the v8 today after the rebuild great sound, nice and easy now for a while.
one problem the flexi hose from the autobox is a collit stye push fit, to the oil coolerr this blew off , i will have to take the rad off again to see what i can do.
if the fitting is u s is there any other way of securing this hose ie jublee clip would this hold the pressure, any body got any idea,s.

If it just for the cooler the 4hp22 box only runs about 5psi down that line, I have a couple of jublie clips on mine with no problem.

hi took the rad out 3 times fixed one side then the other came off so took the cooler out and started again i think i have got it now as it snapped into postion i hope, just running it on the drive for while to see if they hold up.
