hi all

got a 300tdi disco with rotten rear body mounts, could anyone tell me whats involved in replacing it with a new crossmember, i have access to a mig welder, and plenty of tools, or is it more trouble than its worth and best just to scrap it

Not hard to do mate. Do a search on here, loadsa info, definitely not worth scrapping if that's all that wrong with it .
Get the rear bumper off and you'll see easily how/what you need cut out..
