And saw this DIsco from the London-Paris Trek 1998:

Does anyone know the relationship between the R xxx HAB numbers and Land Rover? As mine is one! Is there any register of Land Rovers?

I expect the DVLA will have a register of Land Rover vehicles as well as others somewhere, but as any data collected is confidential it won’t be of any help.

I reckon they took it back to head office, opened the chassis up, and said to each other "look we dont need rust protection on this part!
