Hi everyone

So what do you do when you have taken the centre console out but in doing so you have had to pull the handbrake nearly vertical - and now it's stuck!?

I cant press the button or get the ratchet to disengage so am a little stuffed!

Anybody come across this before or am I the only numpty to have done this?

Oh btw - its a 95 300tdi auto
