Hello all. Can anyone help me, i have just bought myself a 300tdi., and i am having a big problem with getting the air out of the radiator etc. After i drive the Disco ( even if i have vented it before ) there is air in the top part of the rad, and at the thermostat bleed point. Is this right? Thanks

undo the vent plug in the rad

Yep... vent plug on rad... remember it's a big system and may take several days to get all the air out.

Or your head gasket may be about to fail.
