Hello,
Several months ago i purchased a 1995 Discovery tdi. It was missing the air con drive belt. I recently got round to ordering a new belt from paddock and was frustrated when i tried to put it on as it doesn't fit!
It is definately the correct belt and i've had a second opinion on fitting it and i'm not doing anything wrong, the belt is just too small.

Anyone have any ideas? Please

ERR2215 is the part no. So have u got the correct belt. LR call it Belt-polyvee air conditioning compressor.

Same problem here turned out to be that someone had fitted a different compressor which needed a longer belt as the drive wheel was larger ...... took a bit of sussing out but got there in the end

Use a piece of string or a dressmakers measuring tape and run it around all the pulleys with the tensioner set to halfway adjusted ....... then take the measurment to a GOOD motor factors and they will match the belt up for you .... all belts should have the length printed on the outside edge of the belt so shouldn't be too hard to match up
