Hi looking to use a LR3 as a base for an old American pickup body build ,would want to convert to LH drive and remove as much electronics as possible.
Anywhere can I buy a LH drive adapter kit / steering rack ?
Any recommendations for somebody good with Disco electronics ?
Any help appreciated Thanks

Id recommend Paul Danials with his magic wand but his licence is void.

Possibly that conversation has been done… somewhere.
I wouldn’t think that a modification such as that is popular here in the UK, and as such I doubt that any part supplier would be bothered to have such a kit on a shelf, so its up to u to look in your parts catalogue and order the necessary items required for the conversation.

Also would think that the major electrical systems in the D3 are all related to each other in some way as modern cars are, the few minor ones are the only ones that could be remove.

Purchase a LHD D3 would be a good place to start, they do come up on eBay sometimes.:)

You're better off starting with an old pickup truck, something before integrated electronics became the norm.

There's pretty much no way to start removing any of the 30 or so electronic modules of a D3 (LR3 is the USA name) without other modules in the system throwing a wobbly, and that includes the engine ECM and gearbox TCM.

You're better off rethinking the plan, and using something older and less electronic dependent.
