I need to take the black wheel extensions off, rub down and spray. How do they come off/go back It looks like they are stuck on?

They are stuck on with double sided sticky pad Geez

Try a Hot air gun (or even a hairdryer) it loosens the adhesive a bit.

Thanks guys, Is there any specific tape I need to use to stick them back?
