That's a 'can of worms', mineral is ok, fully synthetic for extended oil changes or semi/part synthetic for the normal 6000 mile oil change.
They all meet the spec required by Land Rover so it's up to you.
I understand that LR service depts now use semi/part synthetic on most of the newer motors.

there is a move to fully synthetic oils, throughout the industry - more for cost, I reckon

oils as said a can of worms
the engine was born in the 50 20/50 oil was the norm
70/80's 15/40 was the norm
90 10/40 semi sny
2000 10/40 fully syn
in all honesty i only use 10/40 semi syn on engines with less 100,000 miles then switch to 15/40 mineral any thinner and it will **** out the seals
