The gearbox pipes come down the passenger side of the engine, and as long as they go to the right cooler so the wrong oil doesn't get mixed in, you can follow both to the front.
You can check which is which by the oil in the cooler.
We took our oil cooler off and blanked the ports on the timing cover, left the gearbox cooler (Manual) in place.
Oil cooler pipes come from the driver's side of the timing cover and the bottom right-hand sode of the timing cover.
