I have now read most of the old threads on repairing the rear floor. I have decided to fabricate as much as I can. The two flat staps are made from 3" wide 3mm steel plate. What size material is used for the Z sections that hold the new floor panel (1.2mm?). I noticed in the pics from VIVNAP that his repair channel parts seem to have an additional joggle in them for levelling with the cutout. VIVNAP are you there? How did yo do it?
Someone said to buy two of one type of crossmember because its cheaper that way. Lost the thread so any help there please. Can these be fabricated and from what material (3mm)?
Where to get part? I am in the Exeter area. I have again read other threads about Britparts? Who do you recommend?
