OK, so been offroading now for a number of months and love it. One of the probs is post event when LR90 deposits large lumps of mud / clay on driveway thus annoying wife and leading to ear bashing. I have tried jet washing in roadway but neighbours throw things at me, tried dipping it in local ford to get rid of most crap...which is ok and now thinking about a petrol jet wash for remote cleaning. Just wondered if anyone has any other solutions. ...well, you never know!!

a mate has a small petrol pressure washer he puts in the back of his van witha couple of 5gallon cans of water when he takes his quad bike out.
would think you could get it all in the back of a 90 .
me i call into a garage on the way back from salisbury and use the pressure wash booth. couple of quid and its done, as i leave my off-road landier at my daughters place (she has 2 off street parking spaces) if iot is outside mine i just leave it fook um !

Ok, so some good thoughts, some general chat and a bit nit picking. Everyone has their view and thats whats good. I rarely comment to be contentious but I must admit I cannot see why driving through a ford a few time to remove mud can be an environmental issue. I am not bring out the detergent and all that yad so really just replicating what 1000's do every year whilst greenlaning. Everyone to their own, thanks all

just wash it on the road and sod em, or get some mates with high power tractor wash bays and use them like i do :)

I jet wash mine at the local service station, it leaves all the **** for them to clear up, well worth the 3 quid.

used to be one at mine

not to be used for muddy vehicles!!

it's a fooking car wash

the sign fell off some how :p and has never been put back up

has anyone been cheeky enough to take their post pay and pay landies to a charity car wash like the ones done by scouts ? lol
