Centre diff mount on wife's 3-door TD$ has failed after two years. Last set were from JGS4x4, and appeared reasonable quality (cannot remember brand).

Any suggestions on whether to replace with same kit (and accept the 2 year lifetime), or try poly bushes ?

Yes I did also check the VCU, and it seems ok & not locked solid or too free.

But bring in slightly more vibration on the diff.
OK if you just do the front one in my view !
Unacceptable on TD4 engine steady as too much vibration.
 
I poly'd the front diff mount on mine a few years ago after replacing two rubber ones and not wanting to do the job again. I haven't found vibration or noise to be a problem. Left the rears as standard though.

The front diff mount is the one which directly restrains against the drive of the diff. Basically the front mount is taking all the drive loadings on it's own. The rear diff mounts carry the weight of the diff, and only take a tiny proportion of the drive loadings, so last much longer than the hard working front mount.
Replacing the front with poly will restrain the diff much better against the drive loadings compared to the soft standard rubber mount.

My quick inspection the other day appeared to show only front one failed, so will look at doing Poly for that one & keeping the others (for now !). will re-inspect before I purchase though.,
 
Years ago we opted to fit lr genuine front mounts as the copies on the market were poor. A failed front mount was often an early warning of a stiffening vcu.
 
Where did it fail? I bought poly bushes for my front diff mount, only to find it was the ali frame that was broken not the bush that had failed. If the metal work is OK then a poly bush is the longer lasting solution, if the metal cracked like mine did you're buying another mount regardless.
 
It was the rubber that had split. Replace with correct part rather than poly. Wife happy again.

Also did a quick VCU check (not full test) after dong up the prop bolts, and it's moving ok albeit perhaps easier than expected. Still need to do the one-wheel-up check, but definitely not seized.
