At last we have cured the hot starting problem on our P38. All it took was a little black box purchased off ebay that tricks it into thinking the engine is cold. It puts the glow plugs on for 30 seconds. doesn't alter anything else. No more sat there turning engine over and over. If you want one search on ebay for hot starting fix. It's not a relay.
