P38 Heating not working, the blowers are working perfectly and the fuses 6,7 ect are new, the HEVAC unit is showing a book symbol and not getting power to the blowers what could it be?

Can anyone help diagnostics?

or a multimeter in Maidstone Kent

Either the blowers are working perfectly or they are not getting power, can't be both, which is it?
Book symbol usually is to do with blend motors.
Blowers not working, check the relays and the fuse box for signs/smells of burning.
