Hello every one,

I've got a 1989 110 defender, that need a little tlc. I've already removed the headlining and fixed her leaks, cleaning the trim before butting it back.

I now want to give her a face lift with a lick of paint. It's taken weeks but I have found out that she was once/ is eastmor green.

The roof looks like an off white, but is it or is it just old. Im worried about painting it brilliant white in case it looks odd, so was wondering if you would all help me with suggestions.

Looking forward to your ideas.

Steve

Paint it all bright pink :D

Brilliant white is not the original colour of your roof... it's likely to be Alpine white but you will have to google to be sure.
I would not paint it unless it really needs it... try a T cut and a wax you may get a nice surprise

Ours came up a treat with the above process. Looks like new and the water stops in droplets.

I think your Landy will be Eastnor green same as our 1989 TD.
Here is a fair price we have found.
