I seem to have a bit of a problem. I found play in my transfer box front output shaft so went to change the bearing...
I found that the bearing could slide freely in the casing! It didn't need pulling out or the new one pressing in, just needed a bit of brute force.

Also, I have found a crack going all the way around the casing where the bearing sits - Photo attached.

Do I need a new transfer box? it's very clonky anyway.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
