I've just removed the rear prop to replace a warn UV joint and went to move the Defender and there was no engagement in Low, high, diff lock?
Three weeks ago I had a new clutch fitted and a is a high pitched noise coming from the clutch/gear box that would be constent in forward and reverse motion. Also, when excellerating and decelerating, when the vehical waswarm th enoise would mainly be on the deceleration. The clutch is meant to be replaced, but know there is another issue from the same region.
Any ideas please?
